This is such a simple and powerful idea. Just one minute, each day, for each of us to stop and think peace. A great habit for the soul & for the planet...
Today at midday when I was meditating, I realised I was listening to my heart beat and it was nothing except the rhythm, I was dancing around my heart.
thank GOd for giving me a small heart with a big spot to love and forgive the others.
